Placing an Order by Purchase Order (PO)

We accept purchase orders from publicly funded U.S. organizations such as:

• School districts (public and charter)
• Hospitals and Healthcare providers
• Government entities (local, state and federal)
• State-run or publicly funded care facilities

Please note: Purchase Orders are only accepted from public/state/government-funded organisations. If you are a private entity or individual, please place your order via our website using a standard payment method.

To place an order via PO:

1. Submit your PO, which must detail PPSS North America Inc. as vendor, to info@bite-pro.com
2. Your PO must show the products you require (including sizes and quantities), your billing address, and your shipping address including the name of the recipient.
3. After you submit your PO, we’ll call and/or email you next-working-day, to confirm the date of shipping.

Orders are normally shipped next-working-day subject to stock availability.
